Bugs: In terms of the bugs I could find, the player character turns invisible when he walks far to the left at the beginning of the game. Also, when it comes to a part where there's a platform that's too high to jump onto, the player has to rely on some sort of wall jump in order to get up .
Strengths: I like the art style as it reminds me of one of my favourite games of all time, "Bendy and the Ink Machine". The walking animation of the main character is quite eye catching and the fact that he could wall jump reminds me of "Ratchet and Clank".
Weaknesses: Unfortunately, the black blobs with the sad faces don't seem to do anything and the lack of audio kind of brings this game down. I would expect to at least have some sort of simple jump sound effect.
Also, at the start, when you walk left past the big black rock formation, the player character just disappears until you walk right past the rock formation again.
Furthermore, there are also quite a few leaps of faith where the player has to jump down without having any idea of what is below them.
Changes or Improvements: If I were to suggest some changes to the game, I would add in some platforms that can move in order to spice things up. Maybe also give him the ability to jump higher which would be more helpful than the wall jump ability.
When standing on a slope, there is a gap between the player and the ground.

The visual effects are well designed and give a creepy atmosphere. The wall-jumping mechanic is interesting, a lot of detail on the visuals used.
Weaknesses:
No sound, wall-jumping mechanic, while interesting, can be hard to understand (it only works if you are facing one direction) There isn't much of a story that explains why the character is there.
Change or Improvements:
Adding a story/narrative that might engage the player with the game, possibly changing the wall-jump mechanic to work in 2 directions(?) Possibly rotating the player or using a custom animation for when the character is on a slope to remove the empty space between the player and the ground.

strengths :I like the visual style of this game along with the effects. it reminds me of bendy and the ink machine in both the art style and the effects used in the game.
weaknesses: I think the only weakness is the souls bit other than this, i think its a well rounded game. maybe add a title screen
I could be wrong but i assumed you could collect the "souls?" and unfortunately you cant.
The art style and visuals are absolutely amazing! The fog adds a lot of atmosphere and match the art style perfectly. It looks very high quality and very professional. the mechanic of wall jumping is something i like too.
I wish the collectables worked as i think that is also a nice touch.
If i was to change anything id try adding texture to the platforms as i hink that would look good.
Bugs: I don't think there were any bugs that I noticed.
Strengths: I absolutely adore the character design, it reminds me of Bendy. If the rest of the game is done in that style completely, it will look incredible. I also really like the wall jumping, I feel like it was implemented well.
Weaknesses: I felt like I was lacking direction and reason a little bit, I have no clue if I'm meant to be able to pick up the slugs(?) or if there is a key for interacting with them.
Changes or Improvements: I would add something to tell the player the controls and that you can drop through certain floors as I got stumped there.

the only inconsistent thing I encountered was that occasionally I would get the ending screen while falling through the platform so the second half of the level was off limits.

I think the wall jump is a fun mechanic and it feels nice to use, aesthetically, I really like the fog and the animations are clean.

The walls that are able to be jumped off of cover the wall jump frame of the character which is a shame. The falling platform is also inconsistent as sometimes it sends me through but sometimes ends the game.
Changes or Improvements Are there any (small and reasonable) changes or improvements you would recommend?
I would change the hitbox on the ending to allow for people to drop through the platform consistently. I would also give a hint towards what the floating bubbles are as I'm not quite sure what their purpose is.
Bugs/Errors: The wall jump lets you both skip portions of the level and get over the barrier to the left at the start.
Strengths: The artstyle and atmosphere are really great, plus the character is fun to control (I brought up the bug with the wall jump but I had fun doing that) and you can easily tell what every movement is supposed to be.
Weaknesses: It could be a bit clearer that you can pass through one of the platforms by pressing down.
Changes or improvements: I imagine you will add this in later, but giving you the ability to pick up the collectibles would be good.
Really liked the visual style and wall jump mechanics. Everything looks really cohesive and visually enjoyable, and tiling objects work really well. It's mostly self explanatory as the game isn't cluttered with text boxes or other objects that are a visual hindrance.
he level becomes repetitive rather quickly, relying too much n e same mechanics to progress, which is fie initially, but needs a little more variety in later stages.
I think adding a larger variety of platforms will be really interesting moving forward so the game doesn't become repetitive too quickly, as I feel the game has a great base for a strong narrative

I got really annoyed a that ending I thought I was going to make it to the end but the platform fell :((. can jump off of regular walls as well as intended walls. really nice art and design

The mechanics and gameplay is simple and fun, with a clear objective to go from platform to platform.
The art style is interesting and provides a good colour scheme throughout.
I was not quite sure what the floating bubbles were for, if they were to interact with or for the environment.

The are some, bugs set in the game but not noticeable till you play, so you can possibly get away with it.
